What IS This?

The concept of "You are always doing a commercial" was conceived one evening when my friend Terri and I were grousing about people we had met at an event earlier that evening.

We couldn't believe the things that people said and did that turned us off from ever wanting to see them again, much less do business with them. She kindly gave me permission to take the idea and run with it. Thanks Terri!
